THE DREAM TEAM: Celebrating Customer Service Week 2020

Across the world, “Customer Service Week” is observed in the first full week of October, every year. The weeklong event is used to highlight, recognize and celebrate the vital role that customer service plays in the delivery of quality service to customers all around the world.
The 2020 Customer Service Week theme is Dream Team, reflecting the importance of teamwork in providing outstanding service to all customers. We recognize as an organization that teamwork is fundamental to enhancing excellent customer service.
Humans of the Park (customer support team) were not left out in this global celebration. Activities were outlined for the week during which some members of the team were recognized and celebrated for their commitment to quality service and overall championing of our core values of Integrity, Creativity, Openness, Responsiveness and Empathy.
