MasterClef Episode 4: Em Lubitz’s Triple Threat Pancakes!

I popped round to Em’s place, she showed us around her beautiful home and made us her own special pancake recipe.
Give it a go yourself! Recipe below…

Emi’s/Mama Kins coconut and banana pancakes

2 Cups Flour
1 Can Coconut Milk 400ml
1 or 2 Ripe Banana
4 Eggs
Vanilla essence
Coconut Oil for frying pancakes

Then serve with cream, walnuts, coconut flakes, maple syrup and fresh berries/banana (and a sprig of mint if you like!)
