It was a dull, rainy day in Carriacou. Weak rays of light dragged themselves through the fog and mist as the cacophony of falling rain hissed like a threatened snake. The rain was not brutal, but it was persistent, never once lightening up for the people to step outside their homes and walk the road for their enjoyment.
