How to claim the PRSC tokens you bought during the presale.

We’re grateful to everyone who took part in the January Parsec Credits presale event. Please read this whole document closely so as to not miss any crucial information. The transaction fees will be between $2–5 so make sure you have some Ether in your wallet.

This guide is solely aimed at presale participants who contributed Ether to the sale contract during January 24–31.

Withdrawal period

You can claim and withdraw PRSC tokens during the contract’s withdrawal period only. This withdrawal period starts on 2018 May, 1st 12:00 UTC and ends on 2018 June, 1st 12:00 UTC.

If you sent Ether from an exchange you will be unable to claim your PRSC this time. We will deal with this on a case-by-case basis when the crowd sale is complete.

Find your exact number of PRSC tokens in the contract

First of all, you need to know the exact amount of Parsec Credits you bought during the Pre-sale. If you don’t remember how much you purchased you can find this information in the pre-sale contract.

Open this URL to read from ParsecPresale smart contract:

Input the address you sent Ether from into field 8: creditBalanceOf and select query.

In the example above the participant contributed 0.5 ether and has been credited 845000000000 PRSC tokens. Keep in mind that PRSC has 6 decimals so the real value here is 845 000.000 000

When you have your exact number of PRSC copy it into a text document, you will need it for step 7 in the _value field.

Claiming your PRSC tokens

To claim your PRSC tokens you need to access the pre-sale contract via a wallet interface. Our recommendation is MyEtherWallet.

1. Click contracts and type this address in the contract adress field: 0xdAae09aCCD32ccdb5D1FE48244D1826F55670704 (This is the pre-sale contract, you will access this to unlock your contributed parsec credits)
2. Then open THIS PASTEBIN, copy EVERYTHING and paste it into the ABI/JSON interface. It should look like this:

3. Click access and select “participantClaimCredits” in the dropdown menu. This requires you to access your wallet of choice. The amount should be 0 and the gas limit will autofill. If it does not set it to 100000. Click generate transaction and wait 2–5 minutes. When this transaction has been accepted on the network your PRSC are unlocked and can be claimed.

4. When this is done you need to access the Parsec token contract, refresh the page (F5) and type this into the contract address field: 0x4373d59176891da98ca6faaa86bd387fc9e12b6e

5: Then open THIS PASTEBIN, copy EVERYTHING and paste it into the ABI/JSON interface. It should look like this:

6. Click Access, select “transferFrom” in the dropdown menu and this should show up:

7. Access your wallet and Input the correct numbers (!!!)

_from is the first parameter. Set its value to ParsecPresale smart contract address: 0xdaae09accd32ccdb5d1fe48244d1826f55670704

_to is the second parameter. Set its value to your Ether wallet address.

_value is the third parameter. Set its value to amount of PRSC tokens you purchased during the presale. In the example mentioned earlier where the participant had contributed 0.5 eth and owns 845 000 PRSC the correct value in this field would be 845000000000.

8. Select write after you have accessed your wallet and execute the contract. Your parsec will be sent to your wallet. Amount to send should be 0, gas limit will autofill. If it does not select 100000 and click write.

Congratulations, you are now among the first to own the PRSC token. For the crowd sale we will be sending out tokens to all participants so you will not have to go through this process again.

Pre-sale airdrop criteria

Please note that we have announced an airdrop specifically for our pre-sale contributors. To receive the airdrop we will require you to not transfer PRSC tokens out of your Ethereum account until the airdrop has taken place. The only exception being the Marketplace ship auctions which starts May 15th.
