Earlier this quarter, we unveiled the Reactive Network, a groundbreaking data layer set to reshape the Web3 landscape. Today, we’re thrilled to share a monumental achievement in PARSIQ’s journey. As part of our ongoing efforts to propel development, we’ve successfully secured the first investment, marking a substantial stride toward turning our vision for the Reactive Network into reality.
There will be a strategic use of the $PRQ Treasury. PARSIQ has always been transparent in our dealings, and we would like to provide some key insights into how this movement will benefit the community. The investments are however subjected to an information embargo period. Therefore, some specifics of the investment deals must remain confidential for the time being. Rest assured that we will share all the information possible once we have closed our current fundraising round.
Details of the Investment
Strategic Treasury Utilization: PARSIQ treasury is exclusively accessed only for strategic investments aligned with our long-term vision. This is an example of such alignment, underscoring our commitment to future growth during this fundraising period. We will be moving 25M PRQ (8% of the total supply) from our treasury into a separate wallet as the first tranche, from where different investments will be issued based on cliff and vesting conditions.

Market Making and Asian Expansion: A portion of the $PRQ may serve as a loan for market making on new Asian exchanges, signalling our plans for expansion.
Token Circulation and Vesting: The $PRQ tokens involved will be held in a secondary wallet and gradually released according to the investment timeline. The investment timeline is varied and spread out over the next two years. This ensures a balanced and strategic approach to token distribution.
Impact on Reactive Network and Tokenomics: The development won’t alter the overall supply dynamics of the Reactive Network, as Reactive Network will take the total supply of $PRQ into account, which does not change. Detailed updates on the $REACT tokenomics will be shared in 2024.
