Do you feel stressed in your daily life? (Part 1)
Most people are very busy in everyday life. No matter what you are like housewife, worker or retired people. Every people have just 24 hours a day but there may have so many things to do. When you wake up, you need to prepare going to work or carry children to go to school. Then, you need to go to office by doing all the things your employer has given you. After that, you come home and do your things on your own. If you have children, you need to look after them by checking their homework or cooking for them. The busy life will make people feel stressful easily. What are the symptoms of being stressful?
1) Signals from our body
Our body will show you some signals when you feel stressed. Some people may have headaches or stomachs which will happen once or twice a week. Also, some may feel pain from their muscle or even worse may have shortness of breath problem. These symptoms tell me to take action to reduce our stress in suitable ways not to do too much.
2) More emotional in our presentation
Some people may be easily to be worried about the future uncertainty like losing job, financial burdens or the growth of children. The uncertainty let people feel stress and have some negative emotion like bad temper, anxiety or nervousness. So, let us calm down first if we have the above emotion.
3) Changes of behavior in daily work
When some people feel stressed, they would like to drink alcohol to freeze themselves. However, it is not suitable and will affect the body in the long term. On the other hand, the appetite of eating habit will be changed like overeating or undereating. It is not good to health and need to solve the problem instead.
