Do you like drinking tea in your daily life? I like drinking tea very much no matter on Red Tea or Green Tea. I feel relaxed when drinking tea and eating some Dum Sum in the morning. I think it is a good method for stress management as it is natural way to help managing our busy life. What do you think about Tea therapy?

1) Remind you to take a break

When you drink tea, it is good to remind you to leave your work and take a break. Sometimes people have tea time in the afternoon with eating some snacks as well. Drinking tea is slowly in speed and feel comfortable at that time. Especially you sit down and see the nature and enjoy with your tea. So, it is good for using tea therapy to calm down.

2) Good to health

I like to drink Jasmine Tea as I like Jasmine. I think it is a green tea that is very fresh and relaxed when smelling the tea. The antioxidants of the green tea can help reducing the negative effect of stress. Also, it is good to health especially to the immune system of our body if you drink suitable amount of tea.

3) Good to our cognitive thought

Drinking tea can let us release our negative emotion like anxiety, depression connected with stress. After drinking the tea, you can be more focusing and paying attention to your work easily. So, it is one of the methods of stress management.

In my conclusion, drinking tea can be a therapy to reduce our stress. Most of the people are very busy in the daily life. You can try to drink some tea if you want to relax yourself. Also, it is a good culture of drinking tea especially for the Chinese people.
