Clinton and Trump say no to marijuana — at least their own personal use

While President Obama admitted he partook in his youth, both of the major Presidential candidates say they have abstained.

Cannabis has long been associated with Presidential candidates, dating back to when Washington and Jefferson grew hemp, to when President Obama admitted to lighting up in college. As for Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump? Both say no, not ever.

Republican Donald Trump boasts that he has never smoked marijuana or a cigarette, or had a drop of alcohol.

Democrat Hillary Clinton was adamant on CNN when asked whether she had ever smoked marijuana, replying that she never had and never would: “Absolutely not.”
