•What did you learn from the moderation test, how people behaved, and how you dealt with their behaviour during your period as a moderator?From the moderation test, I found that it is a very tricky job because you have to be fully aware on what’s going on the website and you are held responsible for these actions. ¶ I learnt that this job role is very important because users can be posting things that are irrelevant to the website’s cause, or could be cyber bullying other users/discriminating. Without moderators, websites would be un-controllable and it will cause other users to not feel welcome anymore.

Research terms and conditions and escalation plans that would make relevant models for your community, and report back on your findings.Terms & Conditions are very important when signing up/ joining any community. Simply because you are agreeing that you will obey the terms and contract yourself to the community at all times. Despite the fact that no one really reads the terms & conditions, they give out really important information and could also include aspects that you may not want to take part in. That’s why it’s important to read them and then accept it.
