Delicious Brownies And No Cooking Required!

Yes, you read it right and no I’m not crazy. Follow this simple recipe and eat delicious brownies without ever touching your oven.
My life can be very busy due to things such as work, taking the kids to school, cooking meals and tidying the house once the kids are in bed. So when my sweet tooth comes calling I don’t always have the time to make something that will satisfy that craving. Fortunately I found this recipe at deliciouslyella.com which allows me to do a fun activity with the kids and then enjoy the rest of the day without constantly checking the oven. I help the kids with their homework and later read them a bedtime story, with the knowledge that the sweet treats will be there when we need them.
Here is the recipe, enjoy!
MAKES
10–15 brownies
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup pecans
- 2 cups medjool dates
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2–3 tbsp raw cacao powder
METHOD
Simply blend the pecans in a food processor until they form a crumbly mixture, then add the dates and blend again before adding the cacao and maple syrup.
Place the mixture onto a baking tray, creating little squares and either refrigerate for three to four hours or freeze for one hour to allow them to set.
Keep them in the fridge for freshness.
I have just ate a brownie I made earlier. How did yours turn out? We would love to see some photos!
