Tell Us Your Perspectives on Health
No experience in life is more powerful than those dealing with the health of the people we love. There is no standard definition of “healthy” and to everyone it is different. No specific food or exercise can make someone healthy. But by sharing our experiences, we can help one another be a little healthier.
In the same way as health is individual, so is our experience of healthcare. As a physician, my perspective is different than those of my patients but having gone through similar health experiences, I always make it a point to be patient and listen.
We are most vulnerable when health is an issue, whether it affects our loved ones or ourselves. Likewise we are the strongest versions of ourselves when a change creates a positive health outcome in ones life.
This is a publication to share those experiences. Not only are we all patients at some point, but we all must be patient to understand each other’s experiences. Then we can truly make the right decisions for our health and the health of those we love.
