Copper Ridge is a beautiful subdivision located in the city of Spring Hill, Tennessee. Nestled in the rolling hills of Williamson County, this community offers a sense of peace and tranquility that is hard to find in today’s fast-paced world.

There are about 135 homes located in this subdivision. The interesting fact about this subdivision is the way the developer was able to give the homes a consistent look, even though home square footage can range from 1080 SQ FT to up to 4300 SQ FT. I still shake my head, as you are probably doing right now, thinking, ‘how did they do that?’… I agree with your sentiment. Lastly, if you feel like the theme of this subdivision seems familiar, you’d be correct. Ryan Homes, a familiar builder for Spring Hill and the greater Williamson County area, built this subdivision.

One of the main features of Copper Ridge is its close proximity to the Longview Elementary School, which is located just across the street from the subdivision. This school is known for its strong academic programs, dedicated teachers, and commitment to student achievement. It serves students in grades K-5 and is part of the Williamson County School District, which is consistently ranked as one of the top school districts in the state.

…The recreation center is a great place to stay active and socialize with neighbors.

In addition to its excellent educational opportunities, Copper Ridge is also home to the Longview Recreation Center. This facility offers a wide range of activities and amenities for residents of all ages, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, basketball courts, outdoor tennis/pickleball courts, racquetball/wallyball courts, a dance studio, a fitness center, and a game room. The recreation center is a great place to stay active and socialize with neighbors, and it’s just a short walk away from most homes in the subdivision.

The subdivision is also near Longview Elementary School, which is located just across the street from the Longview Recreation Center. This school features a playground, grassy areas, and sports fields.

Not only do you have access to excellent schools and recreational facilities, Copper Ridge is also home to a variety of other features that make it a great place to live. The subdivision is home to a number of beautifully designed homes, many of which feature large yards, spacious living areas, and modern finishes. The neighborhood is also well-maintained, with lush green lawns and well-manicured landscaping.

But perhaps the best thing about Copper Ridge is its sense of community. The residents here are friendly and welcoming, and they often come together to organize neighborhood events and activities. There are also a number of social clubs and groups that residents can join, which is a great way to meet new people and get involved in the community.

Overall, Copper Ridge is a wonderful place to call home. With its excellent schools, recreational facilities, and sense of community, it’s no wonder that it’s a popular choice for families and professionals alike.
