Year in life of a UX Designer: 2017

I always thought UX designer job is not as glamorous compared to that of full-time product designer or developer. There is no Github or Dribble profile to show off your skills, and often you find yourself working behind the scenes. Sometimes you spend months making sure not to build something unnecessary rather than shipping products you can show off after.

For some time I have been trying to find a way to talk a bit more about my work — without bridging any NDAs. One way to do it is blog posts with detailed case studies. Another is this summary of what I been up to in 2017.
It is a general overview of the products I worked on, some of the tools I used and gives examples of reads I found especially inspirational. I hope this encourages more UX designers to talk about their work.

Have a great productive 2018, everybody!
