Printing and distributing Paper Payslips to Staff can be tedious, time consuming and more expensive.

Pawa IT saw the need to develop an automatic staff payslip emailing tool. We have developed a simple and easy to use tool that enables an organisation to send staff payslips in pdf format attached in their Staff Email. The tool can allow one to execute manually and runs by itself to compose an email and attach payslips in pdf and send to all the staff members who received pay of the month. It can also be scheduled to automatically run every end of the month or any specific date and time the organisation see it necessary to automatically send the payslips to all staff members.

This tool has been adopted by Maasai Mara University and is currently being used to send payslips every end of the month.
