Lots of things have happened recently at PayLane. Especially things related to the products and systems you use on daily basis. And today I’d love to show you some of them. New things you’ve asked for.

RWD in the Merchant Panel

The big thing for us. Really big. In case of the time we had to spend on the implementation (almost six months of works!) and also because it means that now ALL of our systems are fully responsive and easy to use on all modern devices (no matter what you use, cell phone, tablet or a computer).

Go and check it out. We are very proud of it.

Sale details documents

A lot of you asked us if we can add the functionality of converting sale details view into documents (so you could e.g. send the sale confirmation to your customers). Now it’s possible. By clicking on the new icon on the sale details view, you may easily print your sale details or convert it to a pdf file.

Credit card details on invoices

Your customers may pay for your services using different cards. Now, it’s easy to identify which card they’ve used, as the credit card number (first/last four digits of the card number) appears on the invoice that you may generate in the Merchant Panel.

More card details through our API

Some time ago we presented two new methods in our API: sales/info and authorizations/info. These methods return transaction data pertaining to single card authorization or single card transaction. Now we’ve added card details to these methods. That means that by using these methods you may learn which card has been used for a specific transaction/authorization (first/last four digits of the card number) and also what’s the expiration date of the card. That means that you may e.g. inform your customers that their card is expiring soon and they need to add the new one.

Sounds interesting? I’m pretty sure it does. And even more awesome features will be presented soon. So stay tuned and don’t forget to subscribe to our mailing list to learn even more.
