New Features

2-factor authentication

The administrator of the account can enforce 2-factor authentication (via SMS or mail) for all users under Settings > User administration. The user then has the option to set this up the next time they log in.

PDF download of payouts

Merchants can now also download payouts in PDF format.

Manual payout for Swiss Collecting and Payrexx Direct

Merchants can now trigger manual payouts* for the payment providers Payrexx Swiss Collecting** and Payrexx Direct.

*This feature will be online in approx. 1–2 weeks.
**Payrexx Swiss Collecting is only available in Switzerland

Tokenization for amount 0

Tokenization for amount 0 is now available for the payment providers Payrexx Swiss Collecting, Payrexx Direct, Stripe, BS PAYONE and Concardis.

Swiss QR Invoice

Swiss merchants now receive the Swiss QR invoice to comply with Swiss payment standards.

Optimizations

Optimized industry selection in KYC

Searching for an industry in the verification process is now simplified.

Donation — Multiple email recipients for donation notification

Merchants can now add additional email recipients per donation campaign so that they receive a copy of the donation confirmation email. This is useful when different people are responsible for different campaigns and only want to be notified about them.

Look & Feel — Custom link in logo

Merchants can now personalize the link in the logo under Settings > Look & Feel and link their own website, for example. This can be personalized individually per Look & Feel.
