What will you do as Customer Experience Partner?

· Benchmark Paytm’s Customer support against other state of the art players in customer service in India and globally — contribute to how we can provide quick, efficient and satisfactory responses to our customers

· Refine our resolutions of customer queries — bring in your perspective as to what could lead to a better customer experience

· Improve and enhancing our product to hit new heights of customer experience, take clues from products which have set new benchmark for customer experience in India and globally

· Talk to our customers and let us know what you think might be core customer issues which paytm should address

*Performance will be measured as per the quality of work submitted. Scores will be based on assessment by the customer experience team at Paytm.

How can you apply?

Based on below mentioned requirements, interested applicants need to submit their application form by 1st March till 11 am.

1. Tell us your statement of purpose for applying to this role in 50–100 words; also let us know what interests you amongst the following?

  • Benchmarking our customer support against other global players
  • Refine customer query resolution process and bring in better perspective to address them
  • Talk to our customers to get valuable insights

2. Share one unique experience of yours within 100–150 words where you were delighted as a customer and one experience where you were irked as a customer, you can write about your experience with Paytm as well.

3. Your CV (keep it simple not more than a page)

We will get back to you if we find that you have the zeal to deliver superior customer experience.

Please note:

  1. The program is open only for students studying in a recognized university/institute from Delhi NCR.
  2. The last date to send your entries is 4–03–2018.
  3. The program will commence from 1st week of March and the duration of this program will be for 30 days.
  4. You would need to dedicate 10–15 hours of time for this program per week.
