We are excited to announce the launch of our new marketing campaign “Scan Any QR Code to Pay using Paytm” that is focused around the power of choice and flexibility of allowing the customer to use their preferred mode of payments at retail shops. As we strive forward to enable digital payments across India, we now empower our users the make payments by scanning any QR code using our app and directly from their linked bank A/C (using UPI).

We aim to understand the ever-evolving needs of our users and believe in providing innovative solutions that simplify their day-to-day lives. Keeping this in mind, our marketing team has come up with this compelling campaign that highlights real-life scenarios in a series of TV ads which talks about how Paytm is the ‘only app’ that customers need to make payments at neighborhood shops and earn exciting cashback.

Jaskaran Kapany, Marketing Head shared, “We are excited to introduce a new high decibel marketing campaign across TV, digital, radio, OOH & even BCCI India Cricket- to ensure that this ease of digital payments using Paytm reaches consumers across the length & breadth of the country. The TV ad films showcase different age groups but the underlying message remains the same- How our users can scan any QR code using our app to make payments in a jiffy. That too, directly from their bank account (courtesy interoperable UPI). They no longer need to stand in long queues or go through any other hassles while making digital payments. We are glad this feature has been well received by our merchant partners & customers and is seen as adding more convenience to their lives.”
