Now, say ‘Hey Siri’ to send money!

Most Apple users love Siri — the intelligent AI-based personal assistant that helps you get things done. Siri can send your messages, place calls, check your calendar, and more.

What if we tell you there’s yet another way Siri can improve your life now?

In our latest iOS app update, we have enabled ‘Hey Siri!’ support. That means, you will now be able to instantly send money to your family and friends using the Hey Siri command —thereby eliminating the process of searching for contacts, filling up the amount, and sending.

Simply press the Home or Side button on your Apple device, connect to a headset or car, or using ‘Hey Siri’. Ask her to ‘Send Rs. (amount) to (name of contact) — Siri will confirm if you want to pay using Paytm for the first time. It will then show a confirmation screen and you need to say ‘Send’ and your money will be transferred instantly.
