Online Marketing

This position is responsible for executing Paytm’s performance driven digital marketing campaigns across desktop & mobile. Requirements:

  • Ability to develop Paytm’s digital marketing plans across desktop & mobile.
  • Provides consultation to product managers on various inbound marketing campaigns that can be executed
  • Experience managing large scale PPC and display campaigns
  • Experience working with affiliates & various networks for driving transactions
  • Expertise in various analytics tools for tracking performance, conversions and key metrics
  • Excellent communication skills with good command over English — must be able to demonstrate skills to write & think crisp copy
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in running performance oriented digital marketing for e-commerce player or agency handling e-commerce clients

Graphic Designer

This position is for conceptualizing and creative execution of designs for our campaigns, web pages and other business collateral. Requirements:

  • Fluency in current graphic design practices and web production software
  • Ability to independently create superior, original designs for the Web
  • Strong design style, including creative design solutions within the constraints of the Internet/ mobile applications.
  • Strong conceptual skills, including online software concepts and online experience concepts
  • Ability to understand business deliverables, and take ownership end to end accordingly.
  • Knowledge of Web site structure and functionality.
  • Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, color theory and typography in both print and digital media.
  • Has ability to demonstrate design, integration and the delivery of assignments on time and within the available resources.
  • Ability to effective manage multiple assignments/projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Ability to work independently on strategic issues & capable of managing fairly complex projects independently.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines is essential for a fast-paced environment
  • 2–4 years experience as a graphic designer in the following areas: Interactive, Web and Mobile Media Design, and marketing collateral design

Copywriter

You could be the one we are looking for if words and ideas flow out of your fingertips; if words strike you faster than lightening; if your head is a silent word processor, creator, thesaurus — all rolled into one. Requirements:

  • Strong grip on writing in English
  • Visualization skills
  • Ability to convert a brief into a concept and write to it.
  • Would be required to work in partnership with designers to convert concepts into marketing design
  • High on creativity and imagination
  • An eye for detail
  • 3 years’ plus experience in an ad agency environment
