Most of the commerce in our country happens offline, within a trusted retailer network. At Paytm Mall, our goal is to empower these sellers and help them become a part of the mainstream e-commerce ecosystem.
We are working with local shopkeepers to bring their catalogue online and providing them with Paytm Mall QR Codes, for consumers to scan and browse their products to place an order. This will create a smoother discovery and buying experience and empower local shops to get additional revenues from new customers, who will now be able to buy their products online on our platform.
Our O2O (Offline-to-Online) platform will contribute towards the growth for every stakeholder in the retail ecosystem including shopkeepers and brands. It will boost the business of local shops by bringing new customers who will be able to discover them on Paytm Mall and conveniently place an order. Shopkeepers will also get access to analytics for better targeting of existing customers while brands can boost offline sales while ensuring their products are also available online.
You can soon buy products from your local shopkeepers and get same-day or next-day delivery. You will also be able to pick your order from the store directly as well.

There is no pre-set minimum order size for orders delivered from local stores and you are free to pay Cash on Delivery (COD).
