Business Model Canvas by Zusuff Kan from Startlah Innovation PLT.

  • Learned 14 ways to use Business Model Canvas.
  • Applied Case Study of Business Model Canvas (Commercial and Social Enterprise).
  • Mapped Existing Business Model Canvas (Individual Activities).
  • Identified areas of improvement for each startup. From customer Journey Map to Business Model Canvas.
  • Innovated existing Business Model using Blue Ocean Energy.

Investor 101: Dr. Mimi’s Session

  • Worked on Feasibility Study Report for the listed corporates such as Deloitte, Digi, Maxis, PNB, Touch n Go and Maybank.

Sharing Session on Shopee by Calvin Teng, Category Manager Shopee

  • Discussed how Shopee sales methods work pertaining to working together with sellers on Facebook, Instagram and Carousell.
  • Learned steps Shopee had taken in order to conquer the market: Trust, Logistics, Payments and User Acquisition / Managements.
  • Had a Q&A session with startups as an opportunity for them to share more on Shopee’s marketing strategies.

Personal Branding by Hanie Razaif Bohlender (HRB)

  • Discovered, shared and wrote down the startups super skills.
  • Took areas that we are the best at: strength and values.
  • Setted the goals and ambition.
  • Described the personality in 15 words or less.

Business with Impact by Dr Daniel Loy from PurpoSE

  • Focused on particular beneficial results produced for particular company stakeholders, including staff, communities, clients and the environment, with more intensive, usually deliberate, measurement and management systems.

Digi Office Visit

  • Visited Digi Telecommunications’ office, based at Subang Hi-Tech Industrial Park. Ravishankar Gopalakrishnan, Head of Strategy & Innovation along with Jason Yong gave an introduction of Digi followed by a summary of their unique mindset of focusing on innovators and not innovations to develop their solution-based ecosystem. Afterwards, our participants were given a tour around Digi’s office facilities.
