- The trading volume counts both buys and sells, excluding wash trades.
- The trading volume will be calculated in CGCX based on the daily exchange rate.
- PCEX Member reserves the right to disqualify trades that are deemed to be wash trades, illegal bulk account registrations, self-dealing or display signs of market manipulation, etc.
- PCEX Member reserves the right at any time in sole and absolute discretion to determine and amend the terms and conditions of the competition without prior notice, including but not limited to suspending, extending, or canceling the competition, the eligibility terms and criteria, selection of winners, and the timing of any act associated with the competition. All Participants are bound to these amendments.
- In any instance of dispute, the decision of the PCEX Member will be binding and final.
