Mysteries (and detectives) large and small are here to solve what to watch.

The content pie is vast and infinite, and you’ve got the whole weekend to decide how you want to slice it. We’re in the midst of the ever-intensifying streaming wars, and there are too many shows and movies to choose from, spread across too many video-streaming services. So we’re making it easier for you. Each week, the PCMag features team takes turns highlighting the streaming content they’re excited to watch or think you should binge. Fire up your media-streaming device of choice, and get watching.

Good on Paper (Netflix)

Meeting a stranger on a plane can be a rom-com meet cute or a horror movie. And so it is with Good on Paper where a stand-up comedian meets a hedge fund manager but she’s not so sure if his stories about himself are true.

The Mysterious Benedict Society (Disney+)

If you’ve read the charming series of the same name, then you know you’re in for a slightly sinister treat with The Mysterious Benedict Society. The eight-part series follows the events of the first book, where four orphans answer a newspaper ad seeking gifted children for special opportunities. Those opportunities include saving the town of Stonetown and beyond from an event called The Emergency.

False Positive (Hulu)

Maybe the first sign that Ilana (Broad City) Glazer is not playing her usual sunny self in False Positive is her straight hair that denotes seriousness. She and Justin Theroux play a couple who are able to conceive with the help of a fertility doctor (Pierce Brosnan) who is giving off big Rosemary’s Baby vibes.

LFG (HBO Max)

Women athletes work just as hard as their male counterparts, but earn far less. This documentary is the story of the US Women’s National Soccer Team’s fight for equal pay in their own words.

Bosch (Amazon Video)

You’re either all in on Bosch by now or not. The cop drama is in its seventh and final season which premieres this weekend. If you’re sad to see the series go, a spinoff is in the works.
