On today’s episode, we discuss the U.S. Department of Justice’s announcement that they are filing a legal challenge against parts of Georgia Senate Bill 202, the package of changes to election law passed by Georgia Republicans during the 2021 legislative session. The DOJ challenge is the eighth such challenge to SB 202, but will any succeed in overturning provisions of the law?
