Start training — the mountains are waiting!

We have now finalised our itinerary. The adventure will start on Sat 29th April with a morning flight to Glasgow. Chartered buses will pick us up at around noon, heading to Fort William in the beautiful Scottish Highlands.

Fort Williams views from Ben Nevis

The challenge begins at 6pm when we start our ascent up Ben Nevis. At 1,345 m it’s the UK’s highest point. We’ll catch the sun going down as we reach the top, with with most the last hour and a half of the descent taking place after the 21:56pm sunset.

Ben Nevis Walking Time — 5hr 30min

Finally, our drivers will take us to the tallest mountain in Wales, Snowdon (1,085m).

Four more hours of intense leg work, scenic views and machine learning chat, and the last mountain has been conquered!

Three peaks in 24 hours is hard work, and we’ll be sure to celebrate our achievements at the bottom of Snowdon with food and drink at our lodgings for the night. The transportation to London will take us home on Monday morning.
