Recap: Pebble City at Sui Basecamp
Not long after the Sui gaming summit in San Francisco in March, the Pebble team flew to Paris to attend Sui Basecamp, the inaugural global Sui conference. We were particularly excited to showcase Pebble City and its flagship NFT, Casino Membership NFT to the European Pebble community for the first time. The Sui Basecamp was attended by a growing array of enthusiasts from the Sui ecosystem, encompassing NFT, DeFi, Gaming, and DEPIN. Connecting with fellow Sui builders and partners, the Pebble team was able to reach out to the wider web3 community and expand presence among the fellow Sui enthusiasts by sponsoring the event.

Hundreds of Sui enthusiasts visited the arcade zone to playtest Pebble City, experiencing the immersive social casino gameplay and learning about the holder benefits of the Casino Membership NFT. Set to launch in Q3, 2024, Pebble City is poised to deliver a community-powered casino experience for both web3 and web2 gamers.
The camp attendees who tried the Pebble City demo were given a chance to enter a raffle for a prize, which included an array of Pebble City merch as well as Airpods Max. Pointing out social casinos as one of the top popular mobile game genres in 2024, he introduced Pebble City as a Vegas-like casino city where players can explore uniquely themed casinos filled with distinctive slot lineups and engaging community games. He also showcased the Casino Membership NFT, emphasizing the increasing holder benefits, along with the game’s growth.
