Limited accessibility to valuable information within Edgeware Discord, creating barriers to knowledge sharing and hindering users’ ability to leverage the platform effectively. Among popular languages in Edgeware community are: Chinese, Korean and French.

Solution highlights

Community Forum Organization

Peeranha created a white-label community forum for Edgeware according to companies’ branding guide. We deep-dived into Edgeware’s website, whitepaper, and documentation to grasp their essence and create the forum on their blockchain with relevant content:

  • Built a custom Q&A forum for Edgeware on Edgeware blockchain to categorize questions and answers with tags for better knowledge search;
  • Implemented a tag-based filtering system for rapid and efficient content retrieval;
  • Gathered content from various Edgeware’s channels like Discord and some selected articles, tapping into the rich insights of their informed community:

Edgeware Wiki;
Edgeware Governance Forum;
Edgeware GitHub.

AI-powered Community Management

Edgeware community was the pilot community where Peeranha AI bot was introduced. We have indexed 4 of their resources: documentation and blog posts for the AI’s learning process and regularly infused new content into the Community Forum on Peeranha. The outcomes have been significant:

  • Implemented AI bot to enhance the communication flow in Discord here, which already gave more than 150 responses being on the frontline of customer support.
  • Launched AI-powered Search Engine on the Community Forum here.

Community Education

Community education is key to fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere on the Edgeware Forum. To support this, we are deploying several strategies alongside company representatives:

  • Together with the Edgeware team, outlined a plan for community education and promotion of the forum: official collaboration announcements, descriptive Twitter thread, Twitter Space AMA session.

Thus, we’ve held a Zealy campaign with Edgeware to increase the adoption of the Community Forum among users. And the results are the following:

  • New registered users: 75;
  • New posts: 11;
  • New AI responses: 75.

Future opportunity

The results achieved are only the first step in the development of complete Edgeware knowledge management. Thus, we can note the following opportunities to achieve use stickiness:

  • Add more channels, bots, and languages for wider reach;
  • Introduce dark mode for better user experience;
  • Integrate an AI widget for enhanced interaction;
  • Regular AMA sessions and marketing initiatives for community education.
