tl;dr — we will curate and shortlist from the pipeline of candidates we (now) get; and share the shortlist with startups that empanel on Next.
In doing this, what we’re going to focus on:
- tight curation with a high bar
- to the point information
- feedback from founders (& teams) on the quality of candidates
What we won’t focus on:
- specific vacancies companies are looking to fill
- playing intermediary in communication between company & candidate
