A great article from the folks at feedly on how they rapidly take customer feedback and iterate on their product. The article also talks about some of the tools they use. The main thing I took away was the importance of user testing. Don’t just test the app yourself, ask a potential user to do it. And asking them for feedback is not enough — watching the user try and navigate the app can offer quite important lessons.
