December 2016

This the second open letter I’ve written to you. I’m certain you didn’t read the first and probably won’t read this one either, but maybe — just maybe — someone will tell you about it. Not that you’ll care — because I’m not a billionaire donor and I certainly didn’t vote for you. I’m an American citizen with concerns about the direction our country is taking — with you in the driver’s seat.

You see, I wasn’t allowed to get a driver’s license until I could prove I knew how to drive. I wasn’t allowed to get a Teacher’s Certificate until I could prove I knew my subject matter and how to present it to others in an effective method that was conducive to learning. I wasn’t allowed to preach the Gospel until I could prove I understood the Bible and how to engage an audience to hear what God wanted me to say. Go backwards, even further — I was never promoted from one grade to another until I proved I understood the material taught. This was especially true of both my civics class and my history class. I learned valuable lessons about how government works and how history tends to present information based upon who had the power of the press.

So, looking back upon my own life and knowing how I had to prepare to be successful in any endeavor I’ve undertaken, I have a problem with your lack of knowledge about — a number of things — but mostly about your inability to tell the truth, your lack of integrity, your lack of empathy and understanding about other cultural groups, your inability to laugh at yourself, your tendency to use mafia tactics to get your way with the bullying and threatening people, your lack of respect and love for this country as evidenced by your tax-dodging, draft-dodging strategies and the incompetence of those you have chosen to help dismantle the government — The United States of America — a country you say you love. Where is the evidence?

Perhaps, we need to start with a look at your approach to a political campaign — one in which you assured a win for you with help from your mafia type associates who helped to threaten and bully people, and of course — the misdirected loyalty of the FBI director because of Giuliani and his boys in the hood. Then — wonder of wonders — we discover it is true, it is true — you are Putin’s puppet and he was delighted to help you win. Here’s the thing — a rigged election is not a legitimate victory — so therefore your ascension to the White House as a president — is not a legitimate presidency and as such, many of us — especially me — will never respect you as a legitimate president.

Of course — throughout the campaign season — I witnessed for myself — the lies — the ones you backpedaled daily and those perpetuated and promoted by all of those who supported you and spoke on your behalf — your puppets. I recognized the playbook — the script in which everyone said the exact same thing daily, to whoever they were speaking — not one syllable changed — even when they attempted to ignore deliberate questions — they demonstrated the art of deflection and projection admirably — it would be admirable if what they said was based on truth and facts. But don’t get excited — I know you’re not big on truth and facts — as evidenced in much of the fake news your puppets promoted.

March 25, 2016 “The Blaze”

Syndicated columnist Ann Coulter and Donald Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski on Friday tweeted out a link to a hoax news story.

The parody news story was hosted on a website that aimed to mimic the look of ABC News and was about a Trump protester who said he was given $3,500 to demonstrate at a rally.

Again, the story was entirely false. There was even a note at the bottom strongly hinting at it.

Finally, about an hour after Coulter posted the pair of tweets, she removed them from her account. No retraction was issued.

At the time of publication, the link remained active on Lewandowski’s account. A spokesperson for Trump’s campaign was not immediately available for comment.

Now, the above is just one example and I have deliberately chosen not to mention all that I saw simply because they will appear in a book that I’m writing as have many others written about this bizarre election cycle. I know you don’t read or won’t read anything more than three pages, so I’m trying to keep this to that minimum.

Regarding your lack of understanding of other cultural groups — particularly the Black Community (I’d discuss the Muslim Community, but so many already have) let me point out a few things. On the day, you addressed the press on the tarmac and said, “Where is my African American?” I knew you didn’t have a clue. Since when did a person become “yours?” That type of possessive language was used by those who owned slaves and in case you didn’t know — we’ve moved beyond that mentality — at least most of us have, but we can see that you haven’t.

And you didn’t make it any better with your trip to Detroit or Flint. Your discomfort in the situation at the church in Detroit was so obvious it was laughable. And your attempt to disregard the female pastor in Flint with your political rhetoric was deplorable. Your post-election bribery/threat tour — especially in Pennsylvania where you “thanked the African American Community for staying at home,” was just more evidence of the voter suppression tactics you employed.

In case you haven’t figured it out, yet — not many of us are impressed with your lackey, Ben Carson or Omarosa. Those who can discern truth know they are simply tokens you used in attempt to garner the votes of the Black Community. Neither of these are greatly respected by the Black Community as a whole — as evidenced by the numbers of those who voted for you. The rest of us — the majority — were not bamboozled and we certainly didn’t drink the shake you were trying to pour down people’s throats.

In the sixty plus years I’ve lived, I’ve learned a few things about life. One — a very important lesson is that when people truly love you — they always tell you the truth — whether you’ll like it or not. I appreciate that about the people in my life — they always tell me the truth and with the truth I see, I make changes to become a better person, not a bitter person.

I’ve learned to laugh at myself and my mistakes by owning them and not blaming others. I’ve learned to accept those things that are beyond my comprehension and am thankful for being trained as a researcher and know how to discern credible information from the false. I’ve also learned to speak truth whether people want to hear it or not.

The truth is — you are not a good person — as evidenced by those you have cheated and manipulated most of your life. You ignite hatred in others and then attempt to absolve yourself from the chaos that ensues. You are a pathological liar — incapable of determining what’s truth from fiction. You are a narcissistic megalomaniac who only cares about what you want and you will do anything — legally or illegally to get what you want. You were a spoiled brat as a child and you continue to demonstrate you are an overaged-tantrum-throwing-toddler who is not a man, but a petulant child — as evidenced in your tweets. You won the electoral college vote — by ignited hated and vitriol with untruths to groups of people who said you loved — “the undereducated and ill-informed.” You manipulated the misinformed and made promises you know you would not and could not fulfill. Oh, I get it — that’s what politicians do — but — you claimed you were not a politician — imagine that — acting just like one.

You also manipulated the white evangelical leaders — you know — the big names — you convinced that you were the right choice. I don’t really blame you for them — they are accountable to God in their lying to their congregations about you being God’s choice for president. I know God — personally — and He’s not so desperate that you were His only choice. There are far too many people who love Him and obey Him for you to have been His choice — a person who doesn’t know Him, or know His Word and certainly doesn’t know how to live for Him. But I will deal with them — evangelical liars — in another letter.

By now, if you’ve read it or allowed someone else to read it to you, you know where I stand. But just in case you didn’t get it — let me be clear — you will never be the legitimate president, respected by me or millions of others. Just as you attempted to negate the legitimacy of President Obama, we will continue to negate your legitimacy for as long as you live.

Oh, and knowing how government works — would have been a plus and the world would not be laughing at you — trying to president before you’re sworn into office. Not a good move, but then, you haven’t been known for making a lot of good moves — as evidenced by your failed businesses and bankruptcies. This is just one more, “open letter” I’ll be writing for as long as you’re in the White House. And by the way, a real man — a man who is secure in who they are — would have stepped down a long time ago and let the adults take charge — who know what needs to be done and how to do it. But since you think you’re so smart, you won’t have recognized that point yet — but you will — soon and very soon. Stayed Tuned on Twitter @educatormary, I certainly will.

Sincerely,

One of the millions who saw the real you in action!
