What makes a man beats a woman

The genesis was all rosy and admirable, the love, care, respect, attention, and great concern were all in excess. Like, the connection and love were just too real to be true. Suddenly you claim to grow out of love and now feel the opposite of love for the woman you once called my world. Those eyes of hers that you used to find adorable and source strength from now disguise you and those hands you held proudly in the open now you don’t even want to be seen together more or less hold hands. You now find her unattractive as you compare and cheat on her. You’ve devalued her and make her think less of herself.

You get frustrated and humiliated at your workplace instead of keeping your cool you return home and pure out all frustration on your punching bag. You are unable to provide basic needs yourself yet she toils and fends for the house. You still ain’t pleased with her efforts you beat her mercilessly claiming she’s making you feel less of a man. How so? It is called companionship. And funnily enough, you are a complete weakling who can’t stand a simple quarrel with outsiders, always run off yet you have the effrontery to exercise your muscles on the woman who did no crime but accepted and love you and never fights back.

Remember that skin that glows at some point. Your friends envied and gave you the credit. While you won’t remember cause you’ve bartered her beyond recognition and are blinded by those scales. The scars you left on that skin are beyond tremble. Giving you just the perfect reason to cheat and file for a divorce.

Why have you been inhuman? Could it be because she is taciturn? Would it be fair if such pains and treatment were afflicted on your daughter or sister? Does she deserve any of this inhumanity? Because I bet she didn’t sign up to be your punching bag. She deserves much more than this. Ever wondered why she never left? That’s because she wants her family together and cries earnestly to Heaven to restore to her the man she married not the present monster.

Regardless of her flaws or your disposition at the moment, love her, respect her, appreciate her, be supportive, and lastly, honor that body of hers. Is that too much to do?
