In the last year we have seen major shifts…
- Shifting to flexible work schedules, working from home and a greater demand on parents to juggle their work around their kids’ schooling and activities
- Shifting our online purchasing habits to look for something personal and tailored for us, supporting small business owners and consciously developed products
- Shifting careers to align with our values and beliefs so we can make an impact
These shifts are not new. They have been developing over the years while people search for a way to have it all. 2020 accelerated this shift again as many businesses moved to working from home, schools and daycares were disrupted, countless people lost their job or feared losing it in the coming months. People started looking for an alternative way to earn money that would give them control over their future.
Along the way, the world reembraced direct sales. People started to recognize it as an ideal business model for a flexible, value-based career path.
