There are two types of managers out there. First, there is the manager who celebrates the good, and helps to coach you through the things you need to work on. The other type of manager ignores the good and magnifies the bad. This type of manager gives employees the feeling that nothing is ever good enough. They have high turnover and tend to blame their subordinates when higher-ups ask what went wrong.
