Yes We Can — Musings on Change

There are people who complain there are no jobs, not happy with the job, the market is down, etc. etc.

And there are people who are doing two jobs and three side projects. So I see something inherently wrong with the unemployment rate metric for this very reason.

If we are to measure unemployment, we must also measure intelligence or capacity or intention to work. And there is no way to measure that without in some way keeping it subjective.

Why make up such metrics? To throw people off because you don’t know the real answer? or To satisfy your ego with the illusion that you know something?

Then, Can we be transparent?

Can we be reflective?

Can we be vulnerable?

Can we break down?

Can we rebuild?

There is more than what it seems like.
