How to grab your target audience’s attention

We always encourage startups to share their stories. So, yesterday we headed to Startup Grind Seoul where Ahyeon Elysia Lee, VP of Woozoo, gave insights into how they grew into a successful enterprise through finding their niche market.

  1. Focus on the benefits. When Woozoo was first founded, the company struggled to explain the concept of co-living to Koreans. Instead, they focused on the benefits co-living would provide to their target audience.
  2. Highlight your uniqueness. In order to stand out from the competition, Woozoo marketed their themed co-living spaces. This helped them target specific segments of the huge young adult market.
  3. Follow the market. Although Woozoo originally targeted millennials, they’ve now shifted their focus to Generation Z. Startups should always pay attention to changes in the market so they can adapt accordingly.

Startups need to understand the way their customers think while also showing their uniqueness. If you’re interested in creating strong decks that show your identity, contact PowerPT here.
