Yesterday, PowerPT attended the first class of the Seoul Startups Mentor Program that focused on brand building. PowerPT focuses on helping startups strengthen their brand through telling compelling and inspiring stories. And speaker Aly Afanasieva explained how to tell a story through branding:

  1. Find your niche. It is better for professionals or small businesses to focus on having 1000 dedicated followers instead of trying to apply to everyone.
  2. Don’t forget your old customers. Old customers can become brand ambassadors for your company by recommending your products to other people.
  3. Have consistent visuals. Often Korean startups are so busy preparing their product, meeting investors, etc., that they forget to build a brand through consistent visuals. It is important to have an established color scheme, typography, and logo.

Brand awareness is essential and PowerPT understands what young startups and professionals need to tell their story. If you’re interested in creating strong decks and pitches that show your identity, contact PowerPT here.
