How to open a metamask wallet

Now that we know what a digital wallet is — it’s time to channel our inner Britney and get to work 👇

Fear not, this isn’t going to hurt. We’ll take you through it step by step.

1. Go to https://metamask.io/download/ and download the extension by clicking “install metamask for Chrome” <or other browser used>
2. Click add to Chrome when prompted on the next page
3. Click Get Started
4. When asked if you’re new to Metamask — select Create a Wallet option on the right side
5. Agree to terms (after reading of course)
6. Create a password

8. Click next

9. Seed phrase is revealed

10. Record seed phrase in safe locations
