Hiring the Disabled Makes Perfect Business Sense
More often than not, hiring the disabled is considered as compassionate hiring which is just a euphemism for charity. One could not be more wrong. It makes perfect business sense to hire disabled person, because you will get an honest, dedicated and a passionate performer.
Moreover, the attrition rates are abysmally low which directly affects your hiring expense. It increases the morale of the rest of the workforce to be part of a diverse work environment that encourages openness.
