In more exciting news for Perceivant, we have recently entered a partnership with the prestigious University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to provide software for their Lifetime Fitness course.

Developed by the university’s Department of Exercise and Sport Science, Lifetime Fitness (LFIT) is a graduation requirement for all UNC Chapel Hill students that teaches and encourages healthy behaviors, active lifestyle choices, and life skills. The course falls in line with UNC Chapel Hill’s world-class reputation for research, academics, and athletics. In looking to make the course more engaging and relevant to its students, the department faculty turned to Perceivant.

Perceivant now develops the course and related materials for this interactive learning experience including a web-based learning and assessment system, a custom lab manual, and online labs and course activities. Students can now submit their course data conveniently online, receive immediate results and feedback, and access their course materials in printable, web, or mobile formats. Perceivant also manages online purchase and distribution for the course materials, relieving many headaches and time constraints for the department which previously took on those responsibilities.
