Team bonding while working from home

While we continue to take precautionary measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, our team is still finding ways to bond and have fun from regular Zoom happy hours to virtual game nights and cooking classes.

Though we are finding these methods helpful in strengthening relationships and collaboration across our company, this summer we wanted to organize a socially-distanced team bonding activity to help take the place of some of the summer outings we would normally have.

Last week, our team in Boston, as well as team members spread across the United States, participated in a scavenger hunt based around the six values that make up the cultural foundation of our organization.

Here is a glimpse of some of our team at the different locations:
