How you recognize a legit ICO
Today I am going to write about it… How I realize a legit ICO ( Initial Coin Offering). As a Top ICO expert, sometimes we have to think about many things also many points when we rate any ICOs or working for any legit ICOs or when we invest in ICOs. Today I am going to share some of the points that I see first and How I recognize a legit ICO.
The First point will be their Team. I check their Team and their background also their profile, and work experience. Anyone can make the fake profile on Linkedin even phony reputation. But don’t invest money in too much hype project or which have MLM structure its tough to run those projects in the long run.
If Team profile is good then
The second step is to check their whitepaper. Check what kind of technology they are using and their plan also if they have a clear vision and innovative product they will be building. Also, check their token structure this is very important for any investors what amount of tokens they will distribute to their investors is it 50% or 70% or 80%. How many teams will reserve for developing their product and reserve for team and advisors? Some people’s investment in seeing their team some will invest after reading their whitepaper. So it’s an essential element for any startups who want to conduct their ICO or Pre-ICO.
The third point I see what kind of approach they are taking for Marketing and Advertisement their project. Their marketing team also advertisement team. This is one of the most vital elements for successful ICO or Pre-ICO. For Pre-ICO, 100K is the lowest budget if they successfully conduct their Pre-ICO. For ICO, if they want to raise 30–40M, then 250–300K is a reasonable budget for marketing and Advertisement.
Fourth I see their Social Media activities how they deal with Social Media. How much they have followers on Twitter, Telegram, Facebook, Linkedin, Bitcointalk ETC. If you have 200 on telegram and 500 on facebook, no big whales will invest in this kind of project, not only that, and I can tell that it will be harder for them to raise 5–6M in ICO with this kind of followers and activities. So I am focusing on Marketing and Social Media most.
The last one I see their Market value. If they enter on the market what will be their value … if they have many competitors in the market and what is their invention that no company has.
