Tradove Development Update of Quarter 3

Team Building

1. Tradove has hired Rowena Bonnette as their VP of Marketing. Rowena brings in tremendous online and offline experience from Oracle and Thomson Reuters. She helped build the whole marketing effort for Ooma from scratch until the IPO. She has already been adding a tremendous amount of value to their projects.
2. Tradove has added ten more blockchain development people in Ukraine and China, making the entire blockchain team around 20 and a whole group about 50 in the US, China, and Europe.

Product Development

1. Tradove team is continuing the development of the next-generation blockchain B2B payment network with the prototype to be ready in early October. They will be the first company to build a blockchain on mobile. And if successful, they can make the largest bank in the world. (Just like Uber-largest taxi company and Airbnb-largest hotel)
2. The development has completed on the electronic business card (BizCard) for our business social network and will launch early Nov. This feature will also be available for use by non-TraDove members. Next time you meet somebody, you don’t need to exchange cards anymore, click the button, and they will be sent to people you meet, wirelessly!

Investment and Partnership

1. Tradove has signed up a major Swiss family enterprise as its global partner for the Tradove B2B blockchain payment network. They will contribute $5M and global central bank, banking, and business network and resources.
2. Tradove have started raising their rise C round and have hired consultants in Japan and Dubai to help facilitate that effort.
3. Tradove has attended investment congress in Dubai, which opened the door to the GCC region.
