PERI Burn Guide — Un-staking PERI on Finance dApp

On this article, we will explain you how to burn the staked tokens on PERI Finance dApp. Before you burn the token,

• You need to stake token on PERI or other assets on the staking dApp
• You need to have certain amount of MATIC to pay for the gas fee

Unstaking your PERI tokens from the dApp is simple and fast.
With Polygon Network, users can un-stake PERI tokens with high transaction speed, low-gas fee. And here’s steps of burn pUSD to un-stake PERI below:

Steps of Burn pUSD on PERI Staking dApp

Step 1: Visit PERI Finance’s Staking dApp: https://staking.peri.finance/
and connect using the wallet you use.
In this guide, we will explain the burn procedure by Metamask wallet.

Step 2: Click ‘Burn’ button on the main page.

Step 3: ‘Burn’ refers to un-stake tokens by burning minted pUSD.
Choose the token type that you want to un-stake.
(This guide will proceed with Burn only PERI)

Step 4: Fill the amount of pUSD you want to un-stake,
and Click ‘Burn’ to continue.

Step 5: Check the transaction gas fee, and click ‘Confirm’ on the Metamask pop-up as shown below.

Step 6: If you see these message on dApp and Metamask alert, your tokens are successfully un-staked.

Step 7: You can check the ‘Contract Interaction’ transaction history on your Metamask, and this proves that your PERI has successfully un-staked from dApp.
