THIS SWIMSUIT MODEL BREASTFEEDS HER BABY ON THE RUNWAY

Despite topics such as menstruation, sex and breastfeeding remaining a major taboo, a sports illustrated model called Mara Martin created a buzz by walking on the runway while breastfeeding her 5-month old baby.

The best part about this for me was the fact that it was totally unplanned.
According to the model Mara Martin, she didn’t have a babysitter and simply decided to bring her baby along for the show. The model did not initially intend to strut down the runway with her child.

However, the child got hungry mid-show and Mara decided to breastfeed her while still working the runway. Who said you can’t have it all?
Of course many had their opinions to share on social media, some saying that she purposely did it for the attention.
Nevertheless, some admired her gesture and thought of her as a great mother.
