Introducing collaboration for Moon Gorillas: carbon-neutral PERL NFTs, on World Gorilla Day

In celebration of these magnificent animals, we are excited to announce our partnership with Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund to launch an exclusive line of carbon-neutral NFTs, Moon Gorillas.
There may be other gorillas NFTs out there — but these digital gorillas will help real-life gorillas. One hundred percent of proceeds from the NFTs will be used to support the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund’s conservation programs in Rwanda and Congo.
Aligning with PERL.eco’s mission to use technology to protect the environment, including the world’s biodiversity, we are planning 10,000 uniquely designed carbon-neutral NFTs with one percent of these enhanced using augmented reality (AR) art. These AR NFTs will be developed in collaboration with Facebook’s Spark AR and offer a unique opportunity to engage with these virtual gorillas.
Bioeconomy is supporting PERL.eco through its carbon project development and management. The carbon emissions from the minting of these NFTs will be offset using our PERL.eco tokenised carbon platform, which is on track in line with our roadmap.
