Permission Bolsters Leadership Team with the Addition of Michelle Wimmer as Head of Ad Operations and Data
We’re thrilled to announce that Michelle Wimmer has joined Permission as Head of Ad Operations and Data.
Michelle brings to Permission more than 16 years of experience developing and running strategic operational teams, most recently serving as Principal Consultant and Leader in Media and Data Privacy for Slalom, where she advised top-tier clients looking to solve complex issues involving digital advertising and privacy.

Michelle, who has a JD from the University of Wyoming and a bachelor’s in business administration from Drake University, has been immersed in the digital media landscape for her entire career.
Before joining Slalom, she worked as Senior Leader to the CEO at DISH, where she transformed the digital marketing ecosystem and created a new omnichannel, data-driven experience for customer lifecycle marketing needs, which helped the company cut digital marketing spend by 24%.
She also worked as the Senior Supervisor and Leader of the Programmatic Team at Ideas Made Measurable (IMM), a digital marketing agency. In this role, she executed omnichannel campaigns for clients like Roku, Chili’s, and USA Cycling, with annual budgets exceeding $65 million.
Michelle will build upon these experiences as she oversees our advertising operations team. In this role, she will enhance and build upon our existing AdTech infrastructure. She will be responsible for developing the strategic underpinnings of our Web3 offering and bringing them to fruition for our clients.
