Hello PERPLAY Holders!
This is James, the CSO of PERPLAY.

Before we begin, let’s cheer on the South Korean athletes representing our country in the 2024 Paris Olympics.

As we commence, it’s hard to believe we’re already at our 9th Community Town Hall since the official service launch. The PERPLAY Team has been tirelessly working over the past month, as always, on expanding our ecosystem and strengthening our business.

We hope that our commitment to delivering more stable profitability and reliable services to our dedicated Holders is conveyed effectively. With that, let’s start today’s Community Town Hall.

The PERPLAY Team conducts a monthly Community Town Hall to share the growth process of PERPLAY with our Holders, discuss future directions, updates, and policy changes.

Thank you to all the Holders who have joined us as always, and a warm welcome to the new Holders attending the Community Town Hall for the first time.

We hope you have a productive and enjoyable time.

From the Private Test to the official service launch, and up until July 25rd, we would like to show you the overall accumulated mining and usage of PER / XPER.

PER

From the start of the Private Test on August 16, 2023, to July 25, 2024, a total of 15,033,867.47 PER has been mined over approximately 11 months. Most of the supply was provided through the Eco-fund, and the recent figure includes the total mined through advertising campaigns.

During the same period, the total accumulated usage was 20,276,964.00 PER.
The primary uses of PER were for NFT Leveling Up, Breeding, Evolution, Gem Upgrades, and Raffle Events, in that order.

From the current status, it can be seen that the amount burned exceeds the amount mined by 5,243,096.53 PER.
PER used for some marketing purposes has also been mostly burned according to PERPLAY’s tokenomics.

XPER

During the same period, a total of 120,150,464.91 XPER was mined. This was obtained through Special Game, Recommended Game, and Library Game play, as well as from Special Boxes.

The total accumulated usage was 127,535,303.20 XPER.
XPER is primarily used for NFT Leveling Up, Level-up Boosts, Breeding, Repairs, Restoration, Evolution, Socket Changes, and Stat Resets.
Additionally, it is also used for Special Box Openings, Gem Upgrades, Raffle Events, and Username Changes.

Like PER, 7,384,838.29 more XPER was used than mined. It can also be noted that all XPER issued for some marketing purposes has been burned.

2.
Next, here is the trend of PER mining and usage based on the number of PERPLAY NFT Holders.

The graph with the blue solid line represents the changes in the number of NFT Holders, while the gold line indicates the PER mining volume, and the yellow line represents PER usage.

As of August last year, when the Private Test began, the number of NFT Holders was 184 (as of the end of August). By the end of May this year, it had increased to 1,356. However, by the end of June, the number of Holders had decreased to 1,129, a drop of 227 compared to May. Nonetheless, as of July 25, the number of NFT Holders has shown a slight upward trend compared to June.

This change appears to be related to the adjustments made to the campaign system and the reduction in Eco-fund budget in June, which led to modifications in campaign entry requirements. The trend is now reversing due to subsequent partnerships and joint promotions.

The PER mining volume has decreased starting in June, following the campaign system overhaul. On the other hand, PER usage has shown a slight decrease compared to the previous month but remains relatively consistent. Further details on usage will be discussed next.

The PER usage indicator in the image shows the proportion of usage over one month compared to the total accumulated period.

3.
The details of PER usage, specifically by burn location, are as follows:

PER is primarily used for Leveling up, Breeding, and Evolving NFTs, as well as being burned through Gem Upgrades.

👇🏻 The monthly PER usage comparison data is as follows:

4.
Next, here is the trend of XPER mining and usage based on the number of NFT Holders.

As illustrated, the blue solid line represents the changes in the number of NFT Holders, while the black line indicates XPER mining volume, and the gray line shows XPER usage.

As you know, XPER is the utility token of PERPLAY, and its mining and usage volumes are much more stable with an increase in the number of NFT Holders, reflecting overall system balance.
As of July 25, XPER usage stands at 106% of the accumulated mining volume.

This indicates that the supply and demand for XPER in the app are functioning stably within the system. Furthermore, with a continuous influx of new NFT Holders, XPER usage is expected to increase.

The XPER usage indicator in the image shows the proportion of usage over one month compared to the total accumulated period.

5.
