Charity run: keep fit for a good cause

Exercise is good for you, running is healthy — but that is not always enough to inspire people to do sport on a regular basis. Those seeking motivation can make themselves and others happy by entering a charity run.

Run at international charity events

Why only run for yourself when you can also run for others? There are many different ways in which you can run for charity. In international running circles it is well known, for instance, that the big running events in New York, London or Berlin are also charity events and allow people to enter and run for a good cause. Those interested in running can choose from a number of charity partners when entering the TCS New York City Marathon, the Virgin Money London Marathon and the BMW Berlin Marathon, supporting projects that are important to them and guaranteeing a starting place – as long as a charity’s allotted places have not been filled. If you would like to run for a good cause, you certainly don’t have to enter big events like this. You can also run individually and collect donations.

Then it’s time to get running — sponsors take care of the donations. It is not possible to outwit the app (by driving a car, for example) because the speed is limited.
