August witnessed an explosion of progress for Persistence and our community. Our liquid staking protocol pSTAKE continued to confidently find its footing in the industry and began making waves, consistently smashing through TVL milestones, while the TVL of XPRT pools on Osmosis and Emeris continued to rise sharply.

We surpassed a whopping 200,000 transactions on the Persistence network with over 13,500 XPRT wallets created. Our team set a Spartan pace as we built connections and relationships with some of the finest folks in the cryptosphere. The media continued to follow our efforts and we were featured in several major publications including Cointelegraph & DeFi times.

We also ran several community campaigns to engage and grow our supporter base and continued to highlight our superstar community members as we pushed ahead on our journey to usher in new asset classes together.

About Persistence

Persistence is a Tendermint-based, specialised Layer-1 network powering an ecosystem of DeFi applications focused on unlocking the liquidity of staked assets.

Persistence facilitates the issuance and deployment of liquid-staked stkASSETs, allowing users to earn staking rewards while participating in DeFi primitives, such as lending/borrowing and liquidity provisioning on DEXs.

Persistence aims to offer a seamless staking and DeFi experience for PoS (Proof-of-Stake) users and enable developers to build innovative applications around stkASSETs.
